My Hero!
Joe did it! He fixed my laptop....hooooray! Apparently the computer had two issues. One is that it had some problems with the wireless system when it was originally constructed and when we sent it back to HP, they fixed those problems. But when we got it back last week it still wouldn't connect to the internet wirelessly. Well, after much searching on Google, Joe figured out that we had another problem which is that our HP doesn't communicate well with Netgear, our wireless router. Who knew, right. So Joe had to go through all these settings and change all sorts of things that mean absolutely nothing to me. All I know is that now I have my computer back. What a gem he his!
