Maine Maple Sunday!
One of the best things about living in Maine is the ever popular Maine Maple Sunday. For our family it marks the start of spring, or at least the beginning of mud season which is way better then winter. There is this stretch between my birthday in January and Maine Maple Sunday where I just don't know if I can take another day of winter (although this winter was very forgiving). For the past few years we've headed to the same Sugar House to watch them make syrup, re-stock our syrup supply and enjoy some tasty maple treats! Here are some fun pictures of Joe and Laina. I particularly like the one of Joe all wide eyed looking at the syrup boiling.
