Our Very First Sleepover Party

Laina was invited to her first sleepover party. OK technically I may have invited us to sleep over at Olivia & Tess' house but whatever. We headed to MA on Sunday and spent the first night over at Auntie Renee's house. We got to have some wonderful one on one time with little Miss Emily who is such an adorable cutie pie. Laina had a great time playing with her and is a very good "big cousin" to little Emily. On Monday morning we drove over to Rachel's house and had breakfast together. Rachel packed us all up lunches, snacks and drinks and we packed up the car and headed into Boston to visit the Franklin Park Zoo. We had great fun seeing all sorts of cool animals, and we were most excited about the brand new baby giraffe who had just been born! Then we headed back to Rae's and had a super fun pizza party, followed by make your own ice cream sundaes, followed by Cinderella on the big screen! The girls snuggled in and watched their movie and then it was finally bed time. Laina and Olivia tried to fall asleep in the same bed but it didn't go very well. The girls wanted to chit chat and play, and Laina was missing her daddy quite a bit....and so some time after 11pm we snuggled them down in their own beds and off to sleep they went.

Super fun time was had by all and thank you so much to Rachel, Matt, Olivia and Tess for hosting us! Can't wait to invite ourselves over again!!!
